The legalities - our insurance requires this: Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-outs not approved in advance will incur a $50 per hour fee. If you would like an early check-in or a late check-out, please let us know in advance—we’re happy to accommodate when possible. To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay, we ask that all guests follow our house rules. We have a strict no-party policy, and any violation will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property at all times. If you would like to have visitors, they must be added to the reservation in advance, and any applicable fees must be paid. This requirement ensures that everyone is covered under our insurance policy. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of your stay without refund and in your removal from the property. For security and insurance purposes, exterior Ring cameras are in place to monitor the number of guests on site. These are used solely to ensure compliance with house rules and to prevent unauthorized gatherings. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home; if you do smoke, please do so outdoors and away from entrances. The city noise ordinance prohibits excessive noise after 10:00 PM. We kindly ask that you respect this to maintain a peaceful environment. Please bag all trash before placing it in the outdoor bins and use only the designated parking spaces provided. Food and drinks, except water, are not permitted in the bedrooms and should be enjoyed in the kitchen, dining, living, or outdoor areas. Before check-out, please start the dishwasher. We are happy to welcome pets and are very dog-friendly; however, we ask that you clean up after your pets in the yard and ensure that pets are not allowed on the furniture. The primary guest making the reservation is responsible for all guests and for any damages, injuries, or incidents that occur during the stay. Please make sure all members of your group have read and understand these rules, as they are in place to protect both you and the property and to ensure everyone has a great experience.

You will have full use of the house, except for one locked storage closet. There is a dresser in the room.
